I loved watching Kadou blossom over the course of the book. I literally had dreams about them for days after finishing this book. I love watching them blossom over the course of the book, and when I tell you I have never shipped two characters more than I shipped Kadou and Evemer I am not exaggerating. It was instant, and the slow burn romance between these two just made it so much more enjoyable. I have never experienced a book where two characters had THIS MUCH chemistry right off the bat. Kadomer? Evedou? I don’t know the official ship name but I am obsessed with them either way. The worldbuilding was absolutely amazing!
